We’re a growing, multigenerational family where you can experience big church quality with a small church feel. People love how we anchor everything to Scripture, our commitment to authenticity, the substantive ways that we’re addressing deeper needs, and how we’re becoming more like Jesus together.
Our Story
When the Covenant denomination asked us to plant a church, the biggest hurdle we faced was internal. We couldn’t understand why we should start a new church when there were already so many others in the area. It didn’t take long for us to discover that God was calling us to build something that didn’t yet exist to accomplish additional things He wanted to do.
Our Mission
In a culture where there’s a constant temptation to give people what they think they want, we do our best, with God’s help, to remain faithful to Jesus’ Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
Emmanuel exists to help more people become more like Jesus in authentic community.
Our mission is more than a motto or vague ideal. We’re committed to helping disciples of Jesus grow in six specific ways.

Our Vision
Emmanuel was born out of a season of deep reflection, prayer, and discernment. As we continue to walk by faith, our desire is to consciously pursue God’s unique vision for Emmanuel rather than mirror what others are already doing or ask for His blessing as we set our own goals.
Our Invitation
The name Emmanuel means God with us—and our invitation comes from our God-given name.

Christianity was never meant to be experienced alone.
Jesus commissioned His followers to go and make disciples. As they did, they discovered that God was with them in a unique way when they gathered in His name. Acts 2:42-47 provides this snapshot of the early church.
And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.
