• Our mission is more than a motto.
• We believe ALL Scripture is God-breathed (not just the parts we like or understand).
• We don’t duck the hard stuff (Scriptures, topics, or difficult conversations).
• We encourage fact-checking.
• We don’t believe conventional wisdom is always right.
• We believe it’s possible to offer big church quality with a small church feel.
• We believe innovation and tradition are better together.
• We draw from the best of the old and the new.
• We unapologetically invest disproportionately into the next generation.
• We’re a family that embraces you where you are but also challenges you to become the person God created you to be.
• We hate ugly church politics and are constantly improving practices that help us diffuse distracting or destructive drama before it does damage.
• We believe everyone needs accountability.
• We don’t simply outsource our outreach and purposefully unsulate ourselves from painful and challenging situations that others are experiencing.
• We’re pioneers in the Juntos approach to cross-cultural ministry
  We prefer mile deep to mile wide.
• We believe churches should be developing and sending more leaders than they are recruiting from other churches.
• We believe leaders (especially those who teach) should be held to a higher standard.
• We do our best to teach as Jesus and the Apostle Paul taught.
• We almost always offer live teaching on Sundays.
• We believe it’s helpful to teach people the Lord’s Prayer and introduce them to songs, seasons, and practices that unite us across generations, nations, and denominations.
• We use the word “we” a lot (we’re all in this together).
• We love to laugh (when there’s no joy in the journey, we’ve lost our way).
• Our members renew their membership annually.
